Book Clubs
Are you looking to connect with other readers?
Do you enjoy discussing your thoughts and reactions to a book with others? Then why not join a book club! The Beals Memorial Library has three book clubs that are always welcome to new members.
Beals Book Club
Meetings: First Thursday of Each Month at 3:00pm

Beals Book Club is a discussion group that allows avid readers to discuss the themes, plots, and characters of selected books. Participate in a exchange of ideas, observations, and reactions to the current selections.
Mystery & Thriller Lover Book Club
Meetings: 3rd Wednesday of Each Month at 6:30pm

If you love the thrills and chills of a good thriller or mystery, then join the Beals Thriller & Mystery Book Club! Participants can share their favorites and enjoy some new ones with other fans of the genre!
Copies of books for both clubs are available at the library Circulation Desk in regular, large print, and audiobook format.

What's a Beals Bundle?
A Beals Bundle is an easy way for you and your family to access the wide variety of books, DVDs and audiobooks found in our collection. Don’t want the bother of endlessly searching through our catalog for the things that interest you? Don’t worry, we can do that for you! Based on the choices you make around format, topic and genre, the library staff expertly builds a bundle of items that we know you’ll enjoy.
Checkout & Return Details
Allow up to two days to fulfill your request. When your bundle is ready, you will be notified by either email or telephone. You will have one week from the time of notification to make an appointment for pick up.
When you check out you’re borrowing each item individually. Items can be returned separately at any time, on or before their respective due date.
